Why do you sell printable art?

As an artist driven by constant wandering, observation, and exploration, I often reside in remote locations and travel frequently.

Offering my artwork as digital downloads is the quickest way to share my creations with you. This method not only reduces shipping miles but also provides you with the flexibility and affordability to enjoy my designs.

I can't find the size I need! Can you re-size the artwork for me?

Certainly! I provide a complimentary re-sizing service. If you need a custom-sized artwork not available in the standard download files, I can create a file tailored to your specific dimensions.

Just email me at after your purchase, and I will customize a file exclusively for you.

Where can I print my art?

For optimal results, I recommend using a professional printing service, either locally or online. To achieve colours that closely match what you see on screen, choose a printer that uses archival giclee pigment ink and prints in the RGB colour spectrum, not CMYK.

If you're seeking high-quality artist-grade prints, opt for a company specialising in fine art prints and artwork reproductions. While this might cost a bit more than regular print shops, the quality and durability of the final print are significantly superior.

Here are some suggestions:

  • Staples
  • FedEx
  • Kinko’s
  • Walgreens
  • Walmart
  • Target
  • Cosco

  • I personally use Hound & Bone, specialist printers based in Melbourne (with Australia wide shipping).

What paper do I use?

Paper is a personal choice. I suggest using regular to heavy card stock (150+gsm). If your Print is being framed I recommend Premium Matte or Luster/Semi-Matte paper. My personal preference is Hahnemuhle Photo Cotton Rag 308 gsm.

Premium Matte
Produces a more natural flat muted image. Well suited for black and white Prints, light or pastel colours and emphasising texture. This is a good budget option that produces beautiful results when framed with glass. A popular brand is Epson Ultra Premium Matte 5 star paper.

Gloss Photo
This paper is shiny, giving depth and a clear sharp image that makes
colours pop. It is well suited to images with high contrast or full colour photography. It is reflective and can produce glare which can be exaggerated behind framed glass or in areas with lots of lighting. Gloss is often used for poster prints intended to hang directly on a wall unframed.

This has a lustrous sheen that is a nice balance between matte and high gloss. It can add a soft sparkle and produce vibrant colour - ideal for prints of water or prints with large areas of dark colour. If you are unsure about using either matte or gloss this is a good in between choice.

Cotton Rag
This produces a vivid, textured and slightly warm softened look
similar to watercolour paper. My favourite is Somerset Velvet 100% cotton rag paper (255gsm) printed with archival ink. Most cotton rag papers are made using recycled materials making it a good environmental choice.

If printing at home look for an online paper supply store offering ‘sample packs’ which are a cost effective way of buying only a few sheets to test out different paper types.

Can I print on merchandise and surfaces other than paper?

Absolutely! You're free to select the ideal print medium for your personal use. All my files are high-resolution (300dpi) RGB jpegs.

You can use online services like Snapfish to print on various materials such as wood, canvas, acrylic, or even products like tote bags, phone covers, journals, or cushions.

These make wonderful gifts. You can even use the image to make a unique birthday card.

Please do NOT upload my images to any online wholesale sites such as Alibaba.

I have received positive feedback from customers that my designs translate well to rolled canvas.

Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

Shop with confidence knowing that if you experience any issues with downloading your files and printing, I will try to fix your issue or provide you with a full refund.

I want you to be happy with my art. I keep my returns policy simple and focus on providing you with exceptional digital art.

As I exclusively sell digital downloads, no refund will be given for simply changing your mind if the files have already been downloaded.

For more details about this process, please refer to my Returns Policy.

Can I use the artwork for commercial purposes?

No. Unless we have a commercial licensed agreement in place.

Your artwork purchase is solely for personal use and remains the property of Unratio. You cannot share the digital files, but you are free to gift printed images. For personal use, you're welcome to print as many copies as you desire.

Please refrain from editing or altering the files, sharing the download link, or selling the files, including through email or on social media.

I am creating a gallery wall, do you have any layout tips?

If you are creating a gallery wall with multiple prints, here are a few tips to get you started:-

  1. Choose your layout first before printing and framing.
  2. Create your layout on the floor. This way you can play around with possibilities. Once you have decided on a composition take a photo for reference and measure.
  3. Measure from the top of the painting to the hook so you know where to put the nail or hanging strip.
  4. Level your first piece.
  5. Aim for uniform spacing between artwork.
  6. Grow from the bottom.
Help! I am having trouble uploading the artwork file to myprint company.

If you run into any problems uploading my artwork files to a professional print company, pleaseContact Me.

Most of the time the issue is related to size or file formatting specific to that company, which I can quickly and easily fix for you.
