An abstract colourful beach landscape of the iconic rocky coastline on the east coast of Tasmania. Created with a retro/pop art aesthetic this artwork features a muted pastel palette of olive green, dusky purple and orange.
This is my own original hand drawn digital illustration.
ARTIST STATEMENT
This artwork is about wet sand and the mirror reflective qualities. It is also about the rocks on this beach. Instead of forming large distinct boulders, there is one large looming rock with cracks and crevices, too many to draw really.
